General service terms

  1. 01The client must provide accurate required documents for each assignment.
  2. 02Government fees, VAT/tax payments, bank charges or third-party charges may be separate from service charges.
  3. 03Timeline may change due to authority rules, server issues, office schedule or additional verification.
  4. 04Delay caused by incorrect or incomplete information will be the client’s responsibility.
  5. 05After work starts, certain service charges may be non-refundable.
